Tame Tremors organizes, explains and updates the most successful strategies, therapies and treatments that have been reported by research studies to tame tremors as well as reported by persons who themselves have succeeded in taming their own tremors.Â
My new online course rolls out dozens of natural therapies that have been successful for persons to tame their tremors. It organizes, explains and updates the most successful strategies, therapies and treatments that have been reported by persons who themselves experience tremors.
Some of the methods have just emerged over the past decade. Some have been practiced for centuries. We do not have yet a great deal of evidence on effectiveness of some of the newly formulated or invented therapies, but early reports are extremely encouraging. I want everyone to know about these new developments.
Traumas Cause Anxieties. Anxieties Inflame Tremors.
Anxiety has a profound impact on making tremors so much worse. One of the most successful strategies that tame tremors is to shut down anxiety.
Shaking Tames Tremors.
Vibration offers relief from symptoms associated with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
Breathing The Right Way Tames Tremors.
If your cells have a deficiency of oxygen, doesn’t it make good sense they will shake, rattle and roll to get your attention?

Emotional Reactions happen when our reaction to a situation is “over the top.” An intense and fiery emotional response is not justified by the circumstances.
Family Entanglements Sabotage Efforts to Tame Tremors.
Family Entanglements occur when we take on the suffering, pain and disease of another family member out of love.
Energy Psychology.
Energy psychology is a novel approach embraced by some psychologists who use muscle testing to identify and clear reasons for conditions like tremors.
Essential Oils.
Essential oils have a soothing effect on the body’s neurological system which helps tame tremors.
Herbal Remedies.
Certain herbal remedies can tame tremors. You have likely never even heard about some of them.

Different methods exist for supporting our immune systems. Everyone needs to be taking extra doses of Vitamin C. Sounds are also a powerful method to accomplish the same end result.
Jill Mattson and Sharry Edwards have developed a series of sounds designed to support and strengthen our immune systems. Begin listening to this  musical series right now for free by clicking on the link below:
More about Sounds that Strengthen Your Immune System
Our immune system is our best defense against illness. Edwards, who founded the science of BioAcoustics, has determined that with the onslaught of the current pandemic, the body is in dire need of specific nutrients to help counter the Coronavirus. Two critical ones are glutathione and quercetin. A healthy immune system always needs these nutrients – and in the case of the Coronavirus, they are extraordinarily essential.
Mattson’s compositions contain Edwards’ Frequency Equivalents of glutathione and quercetin. There are seven other Frequency Equivalents of substances that boost the effectiveness of the immune system. (Vitamin C, adrenaline, epinephrine, ACTH, and others.) You ingest sound and your body uses this energy. We currently cannot prevent infection by the Coronavirus, but we can help significantly reduce the severity of the disease by building up our immune systems.

Since 2004 I have been documenting natural therapies for Parkinson’s disease that offer relief from Parkinson’s symptoms. These discoveries have inspired the following conclusions:
Dozens of natural therapies are effective in reversing Parkinson’s symptoms
No therapy helps everyone.
This week I administrated a survey asking members of the Parkinsons Recovery global audience to report what natural therapies offer relief from their symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. Results supported my conclusions:
There are a surprising number of natural therapies that help.
No therapy helps everyone.
Everyone discovers a unique set of therapies that succeed for them.
One respondent from Australia reported they had not tried any natural therapies. Is this also the case for you?
May the following summary of responses serve as an inspiration to try one or more of the many natural therapies reported to be helpful in reversing Parkinson’s symptoms.
Fifty (50) responses to the Parkinsons Recovery September 2019 survey are listed below. Informational resources that relate to the therapies reported to have been helpful are also included in this post.

It is surprisingly helpful to embrace natural methods that tame tremors. Unchecked they sustain unrelenting stress. When we are unable to reduce the intensity of stress tremors always get worse. The cycle is endless unless checked. The vicious cycle is familiar to everyone.
Tremors cause reoccurring stress.
Stress inflames the tremors.
Taming tremors helps reverse this vicious cycle.
The challenge for members of the global Parkinsons Recovery audience is that natural treatments for tremors are scattered all over the place, buried in my many thousands of blog posts and replays from 10 years of my many Parkinsons Recovery radio show interviews.
This year I am offering a course that focuses on the therapies that have been most successful for persons experiencing Parkinson’s symptoms. It organizes, explains and updates the most successful strategies, therapies and treatments that have been reported by persons who themselves experience tremors. Some of the methods have just emerged over the past year. Some have been practiced for centuries. We do not have yet a great deal of evidence on their effectiveness, but early reports are very encouraging. I want everyone to know about these new developments.
Included in the course is a download of my book Treatments for Tremors which is transmitted as a digital download when you register for the class.
You are warmly invited to join me. the six classes convene during three weekends in August: Saturday and Sunday: August 3rd and 4th, Saturday and Sunday, August 10th and 11th and Saturday and Sunday, August 17th and 18th. Is it safe to take if I am also taking Parkinson’s medications?
I have tightening in muscles in my arms and shoulders which
makes it difficult to breathe while walking. Has anyone had success
dealing with this problem?
I am taking mars venus superfood with minerals and detox lemonade. Has anyone had success with this protocol?
Had anyone ever tried near infrared saunas with any success for Parkinson’s symptoms?
Please explain and compare the advantages of three therapies:
1) Electromagnetic Pulse Therapy (BEMER)
2) Photobiomodulation (Vielight)
3) Biontology
I have problems sticking with a program of recovery that is helping me
feel better. Have you witnessed this type of cycle? Please provide insights
in how to getting past this.
Why does Parkinson’s progress in many Parkinson’s patients? Is it psychological or is there an underling disease mechanism at play?
